My approach

You are more than your symptoms. Who you are, and how you interact with yourself and the world around you is a product of a complex interplay of your history, genes, environment, behaviors, thought patterns, and so much more. By taking all of these factors into account and partnering together, you can make headway towards personal healing and a better life.

What are PMADs?

Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) are a spectrum of mental health conditions experienced during pregnancy, postpartum, after adopting, or after a pregnancy loss or trauma. It is estimated that 1 in 5 birthing parents and 10% of partners will experience some type of PMAD, but you do not have to do this alone.
